Update Dockerfiles to include Qt6 toolchain path checks
- Added export PATH for Qt6 binaries in Dockerfiles for Fedora (40, 41, 42), OpenSUSE (Leap 155, 156, Tumbleweed), Oracle Linux (8, 9, 10), Rocky (9, 10), Ubuntu (2004, 2204, 2404, latest), Kali, Gentoo, and Nix.
- Enhanced the command checks for Qt6 toolchain to include additional binary paths.
- Ensured consistent handling of package installation and cleanup commands across all Dockerfiles.
