NOISSUE Fix workflows, cgit, genqrcode, meshmc wiki url, mnv with Cmake
Fixed some reusable workflows.
Fixed cgit.h for macOS target
updated genqrcode CMake version
Changed Meta generator to use Project Tick official builded ForgeWrapper
Updated MeshMC wiki Urls
Fixed MNV test issue
Added CMake Presets in MNV
